Discover Yourself
The first and most important task of people in life is to discover self. I seem to hear you say; I already know myself, how to discover. This is the problem; believing what we “know”. We are not what we know. “What we know” is what we’ve been taught, our experiences, and the equations we create by combining all these together. The fictionalized does not reflect the pure truth.
When we leave the things that creates us as; our country, city, social status in society, sexual identity, physical or characteristic features; what remains is “energy”, “pure energy”; and that’s what we really are. The entire universe is essentially pure energy before it takes on forms just like us. So the essence of everything is one, the same.
This is our playground to discover ourselves. Our secret garden where we will find our purpose in life, the enthusiasm that connects us to life. We are going to ask questions to ourselves. We are going to have a conversation with ourselves. We are going to pamper ourselves.
Are we satisfied with ourselves? Is it nice to spend time with ourselves? What are the things we cannot stand in ourselves?
Which sides of us are amazing? What are our skills? Our undiscovered features, our colors that we are not even aware of… Things make us happy, make us sad, things that cause stress and their reasons..
Our memories, things we think we have forgotten, those that left a mark, our experiences, and things channeling us…
Our goals, hopes, despairs, powers, weaknesses…

Who Am I?
The most essential answer to this question is I AM ME.
The labels in our lives start with the name given to us in those early days… I can feel who really I am and what I am behind those labels.
I am the wind, the sun, the tree, the flow, the water, the soil, I am you, I am the universe…
I am the good, the bad, the ugly, the wrong, the right, the true, the false, the life…
I am love, I am now, I am this moment.
