Physical Body Illusion<\/h1>\n

Eckhart Tolle has a wonderful description of Physical Body Illusion in his book \u201cA New Earth\u201d. Are our bodies made of matter or space? Let’s read:<\/p>\n

The inside of your body is not made of solid matter and there are spaces inside. It is the life within your physical form, not your physical body, that animates your physical form. It is the intelligence within the body that creates and keeps it strong, and that intelligence simultaneously coordinates function in faces of extraordinary complexity, of which only a tiny fraction of the human mind can comprehend. The moment you realize this, what really happens is that intelligence becomes aware of itself. This is real life, which is difficult to describe and understand, which no scientist has yet managed to find, since it is<\/em> the consciousness that seeks it.<\/p>\n

Physicists have discovered that the apparent solidity of matter is an illusion<\/strong> created by our emotions. Thisincludes the physical body, which we perceive and think of as form but which is 99.99% empty space.<\/strong><\/em> This shows how wide the space between atoms is relative to their size. There is an equal amount of space inside each atom.<\/p>\n

Outer Space<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The physical body is nothing but a misleading perception of your true identity. In many ways, it is a microcosmic version of outer space. The following information can give you an idea of how wide the space between celestial bodies is: Traveling at a constant speed of 186,000 miles per second (300km), light covers the distance between the earth and the moon in a little over a second; It takes eight minutes for the sun\u2019s rays to reach the earth. Light from a star called Proxima Centauri, our closest neighbor in space and the sun closest to our own, has to travel 4.5 years to reach to Earth.<\/p>\n

The space that surrounds us is just that vast. There is also intergalactic space, whose scope is beyond all comprehension. Light from the Andromeda Galaxy, the closest galaxy to earth, reaches us in 2.4 million years.<\/p>\n

When proportioned, isn’t it surprising that your body is as vast as the universe?<\/p>\n

Space in The Body<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Therefore, our physical body, which is formal, is essentially non-formal as we go deeper and becomes a door to inner space. Inner space has no form, yet it has a very intense vitality. This “empty space” is life itself, the Source from which all manifested things spring, but which itself has not manifested.<\/p>\n

Thoughts and words belong to the world of form; They cannot express the formless. Therefore, when we say “I can feel inside my body”, this is a false perception created by thought. What is actually happening is this: Your consciousness appearing in the form of the body, that is, the “real you”, has begun to realize itself.<\/p>\n

My Presence<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As long as I do not confuse who I am with a temporary form of ‘me’, the dimension of infinity, that is God, can express himself through ‘me’ and guide ‘me’ and frees me from being attached to form. However, a purely intellectual awareness or belief that “this form is not me” is of no use. The most important question is: Can I feel the emptiness (stillness) within me right now, that is, my own Presence, or rather the Presence that is me?<\/p>\n

As soon as you can feel this, you will fall in love with the magnitude of the power within you, the incredible energy you have, the eternity and the wholeness \ud83d\ude42 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
